3) SHIPPING AND TAXES
We ship worldwide by international courier.
Shipping will be processed 60 days from date of order and payment checks. In the event of errors or mistakes, the amount charged on your credit card will be refunded.
Taxes and duties:
DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) is the system that we use for shipments in EC countries. In these locations, the goods will arrive directly to the selected address without having to pay anything in addition to the amount paid at the time of the order.
For all other countries, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) is used. Therefore, the courier could require payment of a separate invoice for payment of duties and taxes charged by local authorities.
If you are a resident in a country outside the EC, we recommend you inquire about local taxes and duties before placing an order.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not make shipments to P.O. boxes.

Returns and Exchanges
You can request return or exchange (size) of any product you purchase solely in the following cases (in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005):
- The product was not purchased on sale or during a promotion
- The return must be made within 21 days from the date of the order
- The product must be unopened and unused
- The card accompanying the product and/or the seal must not have been removed
Following the verification of the aforesaid conditions and limitations, we will send the product with the new size you require in exchange for the previous product, or reimburse the amount (shipping not included). In order to begin the process of return/exchange, it is necessary to create a formal request from the personal account page: we will get back to you as soon as possible, in order to provide you with the information necessary for this procedure. If you have decided to make a return, you will be refunded the amount paid, except for shipping. If you have decided to change sizes, the new product will be sent to you after 45 days, at our expense.
In any case, the costs of transport for the return of the originally purchased product shall be borne by the customer.
Please Note: change/exchange requests that do not relate only to change size will not be accepted. Furthermore, we do not accept returns of items without having previously followed the procedure described above.
6) INFORMATION ABOUT PRICES AND VAT
All prices listed include VAT (tax), where applicable.

The term "online sales contract" means the sale and purchase agreement relating to tangible movable property/assets of the Supplier, and which the Buyer entered into under a system of distance selling via computerized tools, organized by the Supplier.
The term "Buyer" shall be defined as the person who makes the purchase, under this contract, for purposes not related to the commercial or professional aims carried out.
The term "Supplier" shall be defined as the person or subject who carries out the sale of the goods covered by this contract.
2) IDENTIFICATION AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The goods subject to the terms and conditions herein are offered for sale by Mastro Segalin S.a.S, with headquarters in Mestre - VENEZIA , Via S. Pio X, 30 , registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Venice with number VE - 380505 of the Register of Companies, and with Tax Code and VAT number 04270680277.
Expressly declares to make the purchase for purposes that are outside and not part of their trade or profession, and agrees not to do business or carry out sales activities with the purchase made.
3) CONTRACT PURPOSE AND PERFORMANCE
With the contract herein, respectively, the Supplier sells and the Buyer buys remotely via computerized/digital tools only movable tangible property shown and offered for sale on this website. The contract between the Supplier and the Buyer is performed exclusively through the Internet, by the Buyer
’s access of the website described herein, where, following the procedures outlined hereinafter, the Buyer will formalize the proposal for the purchase of goods offered for sale.
The purchase contract is performed and concluded by irrevocable order by the Buyer with the filling out (compilation) and submission of the online order form, which will be displayed on the web page order summary, which is printable and in which information is reported to the Buyer, including the order, the price of the item purchased, and the delivery cost, along with terms and payment methods, and the address where the goods will be delivered. At a time when the Supplier receives the order from the Buyer, the Supplier will issue an email with confirmation and/or viewing of a web page with confirmation and order summary, which is also printable and provides reported data entered by the buyer on the order form.
The contract shall be considered performed, completed and effective between the parties only with the execution of the order and the issuance of the invoice, and the Supplier shall have the possibility, until that time, to refuse the order. The sales invoice shall be issued by MASTRO SEGALIN SAS Via S. Pio X, 30 Mestre - VENEZIA - ITALY on paper and inserted into the package containing the products ordered.
4) TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT
The Supplier will only accept payment in advance of the products ordered by the major credit cards and PayPal. PayPal data shall be handled directly by PayPal.
The aforesaid information is encrypted using the cutting-edge encryption systems that prevent the use of a third party and are sent directly to the bank.
The Supplier reserves the right to make a request to the bank that issued your card for verification of proper ownership of the card or PayPal, should problems arise.
At the end of the aforesaid verification, if successful, will proceed with the steps leading to the performance and completion of the contract and delivery of the order placed, if there are no further hindrances. Any refund to the Buyer, if the latter is entitled, will be credited by transfer of payment by credit card or PayPal, within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which the Supplier has become aware of the cause/reasons that generate the afore-mentioned right to reimbursement or refund.
5) TIMING AND DELIVERY
The Supplier shall, at its own expense, deliver the products ordered by using UPS, DHL, and FED- EX. The timing of the order may vary from 45 to 60 days, within which an invoice will be issued and the order consequently accepted, through the carrying out of the latter.
In the event that the Supplier is unable to ship within this period, it will provide timely warming by email to the Buyer, specifying the period within which the order will be processed and delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination and other factors not directly controllable by the Supplier and not attributable to it.
6) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY EXPENSES
The Supplier sends and ships using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) in EC countries, therefore for these destinations the goods will arrive directly at the place of delivery specified without paying additional amounts with respect to what has already been paid at the time of formulating the order.
For all other countries, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shall be used. Therefore, there is the possibility that the courier could require payment for a separate invoice for duties and taxes charged by local authorities. The Buyer who resides in a country that is not part of the EC is hereby advised to inquire about the local taxes and duties before placing an order with the Supplier.
7) INSURANCE ON PRODUCT AND SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY
The Supplier insures the products against theft and accidental damage upon delivery to the carrier, up until the moment in which the products arrive at their destination. The Supplier is therefore not required to replace or provide refunds on material that is tampered with, damaged or lost during shipping.
All selling prices of the products shown within this website are in Euros (€) and are offered to the public pursuant to Art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, include VAT and all other taxes regarding delivery within the territory of an EC country.
For deliveries to countries outside the EC, as specified in section 6), the courier may require the Buyer to pay additional amounts for taxes and local duties. The shipping costs will be indicated and calculated in the process prior to the order by the Buyer and also contained in the web page summary of their order.
The prices indicated for each of the goods offered to the public shall be valid until the order is placed and indicated in the order summary page.
Therefore, prices and conditions are subject to change at any time by the Supplier and for the Buyer the web page of the order summary shall prevail as valid.
9) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Supplier shall not assume any liability or responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure, in the event that the Supplier fails to carry out the order within the time stipulated in the contract.
The Supplier shall not be liable to the Buyer, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for outages or malfunctions related to the use of the Internet outside control or that of its subcontractors. The Supplier shall not be liable for any damages, losses and costs incurred by Buyer as a result of failure to execute the contract for reasons not attributable to Supplier, as the Buyer shall only be entitled to a refund of the price paid. The Provider assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by any third party, credit card, upon payment of the purchased products, as long as the Supplier proves that it took all the ordinary and standard possible precautions of the moment and on the basis of ordinary diligence.
10) WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The Supplier shall respond to any fault or defect found in the product and for which it is responsible, provided that such defect or fault is reported by means of registered mail to MASTRO SEGALIN SAS Via S. Pio X, 30 Mestre - VENEZIA - ITALY or sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the period of eight days from delivery. The formal complaint shall not be required if the Supplier has acknowledged the existence of the defect.
11) BUYER OBLIGATIONS
The Buyer agrees to pay the price of the goods purchased in the time and manner specified in the Contract. The Buyer undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to carry out the printing and storage of the web page that shows all the order data. The information contained in the contract herein, however, has already been examined and accepted by the Buyer, who acknowledges the aforesaid, as at the time of completion of the order a reference to the web page herein shall be given.
12) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to terminate the contract herein without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 21 (twenty-one) days following the date of order transmission, except in cases where the products have been purchased during sales are special deals (or at least on sale at a discounted price).
If the Buyer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must notify the seller using the form present in the area reserved to the Buyer (customer area/reserved area), found on this website. In any case, in order to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned undamaged and in any case, not used and not worn. The Supplier shall refund the amount due to the Buyer as a result of the withdrawal within the period of 30 (thirty) days upon receipt of notice of withdrawal provided that within that time the goods have been returned in their original condition and have not been worn.

13) EXCHANGE OF GOODS
The Supplier hereby grants Buyer the right to exchange goods due to size or for any defect, as long as it regards the same article. In order to exchange the goods, the Buyer shall complete, within a period of ten (10) working days from the date of receipt, the form found in the reserved area for clients on this website, giving indications and information regarding the code of the article or articles that they wish to exchange/change and the size they would like. Upon receipt of the request, the Customer Service Office MASTRO SEGALIN SAS shall send the Buyer written confirmation containing the authorization number of goods to be exchanged. The Buyer must use this merchandise exchange authorization number on the label applied to the bundle of products to be returned. In any case, the costs of transport for the exchange shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Supplier shall bear only the expenses necessary to send the product that is asked in return. The Supplier reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns or exchanges
for allegedly defective products. In the event that they are defective, the Supplier shall also bear the costs necessary to return the products to its warehouses. The Supplier shall not accept exchanges or return of products that have been tampered with, worn, washed or altered in any way. The Buyer shall be responsible to ensure the transport of the goods returned for exchange; failing that, in the event of theft or loss of the goods, the aforesaid products will not be refunded. Returns are not accepted on sale items or custom-made or personalized products.
14) BUYER PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Supplier shall protect the privacy of Buyers and ensure that the processing of the data is in accordance and compliance with the provisions of the privacy legislation referred to and pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196.
Personal data collected directly and/or through third parties by the Supplier, who is owner of the data processing, are collected and processed in printed, computerized and digital form, in relation to the methods of treatment with the purpose of registering the order and provide the Buyer with the procedures for the carrying out of the contract herein and any necessary communication, beyond the fulfilment of any legal obligations, as well as for the effective handling of business relations to the extent necessary in order to perform the best service possible (Article 24, paragraph 1, letter b, Italian Legislative Decree n. 196/2003). The Supplier shall treat data and information provided by the Buyer in a confidential manner and shall not disclose this information to unauthorized persons, or use them for purposes other than those for which it was collected, or transmit them to third parties. This information may be disclosed only upon request of the court or other authority authorized by law. Personal data will be disclosed after signing a confidentiality agreement of the data, only to third parties with power of attorney who carry out activities necessary for the execution of the contract and disclosed only for that purpose. The Buyer shall have all rights under and pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, i.e. the right to obtain:
a) Updating, rectification or, when interested, additional information regarding data;
b) Cancellation, transformation in an anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) Certification that the operations regarding letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or sent, except for the case in which this fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party has the right to oppose, in all or in part: i) for legitimate reasons regarding the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes, ii) the processing of personal data with the aim of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial/sales communication.
The communication of personal data by the Buyer is a necessary condition for the proper and timely execution of the contract herein. Failing the aforesaid, the Buyer’s request cannot be carried out properly.
In any case, the data collected will be kept for a period of time no longer than that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. The removal of the aforesaid data will take place in a secure manner. The owner of the collection and processing of personal data shall be the Supplier, to whom the Buyer may make direct contact at the corporate office in Via S. Pio X, 30 Mestre - VENEZIA - ITALY for any requests. Any communications that could be sent to the email address email@example.com, such as requests, suggestions, ideas, information, materials etc., will not be considered information or data of a confidential nature, and shall not violate the rights of others and must contain valid information that does not violate the rights of others and be truthful in nature, and in any case, no responsibility can be attributed to the Centre with regard to the content of the messages themselves.
15) COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
Pursuant to Art. 12 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/03, the Supplier shall inform the Buyer that each order is sent and stored in digital form on the server from which the site resides in accordance with criteria regarding confidentiality and security.
16) FILING AND STORAGE OF CONTRACT
Written communication to the Supplier and any complaints will be considered valid only if sent to MASTRO SEGALIN SAS Via S. Pio X, 30 Mestre - VENEZIA - ITALY, or sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Buyer shall indicate on the registration form his/her residence and mailing address, telephone number or the email address to which communications are to be sent by the Supplier.
17) SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW (JURISDICTION)
For all disputes arising from the contract, in the event that the parties intend to appeal to the ordinary judicial authorities, the competent court and jurisdiction is that of the place of residence of the Buyer.
The contract herein is governed by Italian law.
18) DURATION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Order confirmation implies the Buyer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
The aforesaid terms and conditions may be updated or changed directly with the writing and registration of the new rule on this site. The modification or update will be valid and effective for orders that have not yet been entered and for which the web page, which offers a summary of the order, has not yet been visualized and printed.
